Intro to Tapping July 13, 2022 by Jessica StapfSharePostSharePinHello, my friend! It’s been a while since I shared some of the tools I use to keep me aligned and emotionally balanced. So, I decided to get a bit vulnerable with all of you and share one thing that has shown up consistently in my life through the years and has shifted my ability to release the old so that I can experience transformation in any area of my life that I am not feeling in alignment with. About nine years ago a friend said “let’s go chill in nature and let me help you get through this block you are faced with.” So off we went, and I won’t lie at first, I was a bit skeptical about how this thing she referred to as “Tapping” could do anything for me. Let’s be honest it sounds a bit weird or as some say, “Woo Woo”. But I prayed about it, and it was in alignment with what I felt I needed. As she continued with me for a few more sessions I had shifts and releases that I will never know how to quite explain. And as life moved forward, I kept getting introduced to this life-changing experience of EFT which is short for Emotional Freedom Technique. Fast forward to today as I am so excited to be offering others the opportunity to release and transform their emotional, physical, spiritual, and financial well-being with the support of this life-changing experience my heart is filled with gratitude for all that has been shared with me so that I can now share it onto you. You see I believe everything in life is meant to be used for the greater good and I also believe life is an accumulation of experiences that are here to teach us something and it’s up to us if we will share it or utilize the shift to become a better version of ourselves. And this my friend is one I cannot keep to myself… EFT is a simple and effective way of feeling better faster and moving forward without having to carry all the weight of your past moments that are not serving you and/or are holding you back from living your best you! My strength is definitely not understanding the details around the the science behind this but I know there is a lot of research backing why it was created to support those with PTSD and after utilizing this for myself I fully understand why thousands of others are going to this for their own emotional support. I feel like I need to give you a visual and the butterfly is always my go-to. Think about the four-stage progression it goes through from egg to this beautiful butterfly that is able to fly freely in this world as it comes out of the cocoon (and not staying stuck to this leaf forever). This, my friend, can be you as the transformation of where you are today to where you desire to be moving forward unfolds! You are beautiful inside and out and trust me I understand at any given moment you may not feel it or see it. With tapping, you can transform as quickly or slowly as needed.
