Get Your Groove Back January 8, 2021 by Jessica StapfShareTweetSharePinDo you feel like each area of your life is a separate silo (and equally demanding)? Do you experience difficulty finding a groove in any one area or how to bring it all together, so you feel like a failure at everything? We are all so many things at once. We’re mothers, go-getters, entrepreneurs, sisters, friends, legacy creators, and so much more. The pressure continues in all of the areas. This can trigger feeling torn between feeling like a rockstar one day to what to do and when to do it, managing everything that needs to get done, and let’s be real at times, even resentment. Not to mention the intense feelings of failure and disappointment that arise by not fully committing to and master any one part of who you are. Honestly, these feelings we experience can come with complacency and growth. The good news is, you get to decide if this feeling of discomfort is because you’re evolving as a human being, and if it’s not, here are a few tips to start to move forward and find your groove. Let go of energies that aren’t serving you Practice saying, “No.” Get up one hour earlier than you usually do Drink half your weight in ounces of water every day Move your body for 30 minutes Write down ten things you’re grateful for daily Celebrate your wins… big and small! To name a few! If you start incorporating these things into your everyday life, you will notice a shift. I genuinely believe that. You’ll begin to flow in and out of work, motherhood, wife, friend, sister, daughter roles effortlessly, and with joy! If you need someone to help you begin to practice these things, reach out to me! I love helping others get their groove back.
