How I Regained My Health Through Breast Implant Illness March 15, 2024 by Jessica StapfSharePostSharePinThe Importance of Advocating for Your Own Health Four years ago, I removed my breast implants. Two years prior to that, I had to dive deep into research to determine if this was the right move for me physically and emotionally. I wasn’t obviously sick, but I was experiencing things in my body every day that had me wondering why. I had moments of brain fog, forgetfulness, sore joints, and difficulty breathing. As I started reading others stories I decided becoming an advocate for my health at a new level was something I needed to shift into quickly. Fast forward to today, I feel incredible. I have my body back, and most importantly, I have myself back! Love Yourself Enough to Take Action As I reflect on this journey, I realize the importance of advocating for your own health at a whole new level. It’s better to take proactive measures than to react to something that is “off.” As women, we have a natural intuition about our bodies and should trust it. Take charge of your health and do everything in your power to improve it. After all, it’s one of your most valuable assets and taking care of it will never be something you regret. I was recently featured on Jackie McDonald’s Tapping School Summit! We dove into the support of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) while addressing Breast Implant Illness and nurturing self-love. As you may already know from following along with me, my journey is a testament to the transformative power of EFT. It’s helped me through Breast Implant Illness but also guided me toward self-love and acceptance in many areas of my life. In this enlightening interview, you’ll discover: How EFT can support recovery from Breast Implant Illness. My personal journey, resilience, and the role of tapping into my healing process. Insights on embracing self-love as a vital part of any healing journey.
